| Our School in now closed for the Easter holidays! We will reopen on Monday April 27th.
On Tuesday we made pancake batter. The children all got to mix the batter, ensuring there were no lumps. They enjoyed tasting them with a choice of lemon and sugar. They practised their Irish vocabulary, "Ba mhaith liom" and "Go raibh maith agat" when the pancakes were being served for "Seachtain na Gaeilge". Bhí na pancóga go hálainn!
